Delete your account
You can permanently delete your RadimySM listener account. Prefer the in-app path when you still have access to the mobile app.
In the app (recommended)
- Open RadimySM
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account in Danger Zone
- Confirm, type DELETE, and re-authenticate
Subscriptions are not cancelled
Deleting your RadimySM account does not cancel or refund App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel memberships in Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you may still be charged with no in-app benefit.
If you cannot use the app
Send a deletion request from the email on your RadimySM account. We will verify ownership and process deletion. Some financial records may be retained in anonymized form as required by law.
Station owners (Console)
If you own one or more stations, delete from the RadimySM Console: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate after you type to confirm. It removes every station you own (not only the one selected), station content, members, polls, programming, and your Firebase Auth user. App Store / Play memberships are not cancelled. Some transaction and payout records may be retained in anonymized form as required by law. Details are in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot use the Console, contact us via the support form.
