RadimySM is designed for talk, commentary, interview, and discussion content. This policy governs the speech and expression of station hosts and their content.
1. Our Commitment to Free Speech
RadimySM is committed to supporting free expression while maintaining a safe and respectful platform for all users. As a talk radio platform, we believe in open dialogue, diverse perspectives, and the free exchange of ideas.
2. Content Guidelines for Broadcasters
As a station host, you have broad freedom to broadcast content, but you must not:
- Incite violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Make credible threats of violence
- Engage in harassment or targeted abuse
3. Moderation Approach
We take a light-touch approach to moderation, intervening only when content violates our core safety rules or applicable laws.
4. Appeals Process
If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you have the right to appeal our decision. We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days.
